CAN I DRIVE THE BOAT? CAN WE RENT THE BOAT WITHOUT A CAPTAIN?
We provide trained captains to ensure a safe and enjoyable rental and is required by our insurance. Unfortunately, we do not allow you to rent a boat without one of our captains or drive the boat yourself.
ARE THERE COOLERS ON THE BOAT?
Yes! A 65qt yeti cooler comes on every boat for you to fill with ice, beverages, and food of your choosing.
DO I NEED TO BRING ICE?
Yes please. Help our busy captains out by bringing your own ice!
CAN I BRING MY PUP?
Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome on our boats. Owners are responsible for the behavior and safety and will be charged for any damages. Each dog counts as a passenger towards each boats maximum capacity. Dog shoes are appreciated.
CAN I BRING GLASS?
Yes, but please keep it to a minimum. If you can find it in plastic or aluminum, opt for that.
CAN I BRING POOL TOYS AND FLOATIES?
Yes! Any float and blowup items that will add to your groups experience are allowed.
WILL THERE BE A LILYPAD ON OUR BOAT?
If you are renting one of out pontoons, there will be a lilypad included for your group to roll out and lounge on.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST?
Boat, life jackets, captain, gas, pickup from our designated locations, requested sporting equipment, cooler, speakers, lilypad on pontoons, and a great time.
IS TIP INCLUDED IN THE COST?
A 20% mandatory gratuity will be added. If your captain went above & beyond on your boating experience, extra tips are always greatly appreciated!
WILL YOU MOVE THE BOAT OUR GROUP WANTS TO LAKE AUSTIN?
We are currently not servicing Lake Austin with our Pontoon boats AT ALL & we are taking (by phone only) VERY LIMITED reservations for wake boarding boats on Lake Austin. Please do not attempt making an online booking WHATSOEVER for Lake Austin. Always talk with our receptionist regarding any rentals on Lake Austin. This decision needs to be approved before happening.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
A 20% deposit is due to book. Cancellations outside of 7 days prior to rental are eligible for a deposit refund if you need to cancel your rental. Cancelations within 7 days of the scheduled trip will result in a 50% charge of the agreed upon total. Cancelations within 48 hours of your scheduled trip are not permitted and will result in 100% charge of the agreed upon total. If needing to cancel within 48 hours, rescheduling may be an option. In the event of SEVERE thunderstorms or unsafe boating conditions, the scheduled trip will be canceled and there will be no charge. *Note: Windy, Cloudy, and light or intermittent rain showers are not considered unsafe boating conditions and the scheduled trip will not be cancelled* All weather will be closely monitored and any cancelations regarding weather will be decided upon the day of the scheduled rental about 2 hours before rental time.

In the event of SEVERE thunderstorms or unsafe boating conditions, the scheduled trip will be canceled and there will be no charge. Deposit will be refunded in full if we have to cancel the rental due to weather.

WILL YOU PICK MY PARTY UP AT ANOTHER LOCATION?
Main location pickup is a Paradise Cove Marina. $15/cash to park. Pickup Locations are listed below. If you are wanting a different pickup location besides any of these 3 locations, you MUST confirm on the phone with our receptionist to make sure this information gets to your captain.
